RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (US ONLY)
A Hawaiian shirt is no good if you don’t wear it. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
To get a refund or make an exchange, please visit our returns portal. To help expedite your refund or exchange, please follow these rules and requests.
1. Return New Items Only: Returned shirts and other items must be in new and unwashed condition without any damages.
2. Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original tags attached, the return cannot be processed.
3. Sale Items Can’t Be Returned: Unfortunately, items purchased during promotional sales cannot be returned. All sale items are final.
4. Items Can’t Be Returned After 30 Days: If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return your item within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days of your purchase, we are unable to do so.
5. Gifts Can Be Returned For Online Store Credit: Items that were received as gifts can only be returned for store credit. Please note that the items must be in new and unwashed condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return.
